Den kingianum var silcockii is used to refer to the "semialba" forms of kingianum ie white flowers with vaying amounts of purple on their labellum. The varietal status of silcockii is no longer accepted by even the most ardent of splitters as it's simply part of the natural colour variation of the species. Basically what you've got is a (presumably) pink kingianum crossed with a white petalled/purple labellumed kingianum so, whatever the colour of the flowers, your plant is still a kingianum. The silcockii pattern is not particularly stable in breeding, even in silcockii x silcockii crosses, so you basically take your chances with what colours to expect.
