I would love one of those! I would love to grow cuthbersonii, but if this is easier to grow, that's even better!

Thanks for looking, Junebug and Vanda Lover. They are available from Mountain Orchids in Vermont.

Theres that over the border problem again.
Do these Dendrobium need as cool of temperatures as Cuthbersonii?

Hi Vanda Lover,

The border is a problem, I know. Don't know how to get around that. As to temps, I grow it cool and do not know how well it would do at intermediate or even warm temps. I suspect it wouldn't be very tolerant of warmth, but that it wou7ld do well at intermediate temps. It's a vigorous grower and bloomer.

Thank you, Ron. I guess I will put it on my wish list and keep an eye open. I'll concentrate on finding my vascostylis for now.

Thanks. I'm running out of space, so I guess I'll soon have to start looking at miniatures!

That's one advantage of growing miniatures.
