Yours is getting huge!! Nice to know that a winter rest isn't absolutely necessary for these. ![Smile](http://www.orchidboard.com/community/images/smilies/new/smile.gif)

Beautiful, healthy plant! Love leaves and flowers together.
I have detected buds on mine.
But I have question also to ask. I have succeeded to get flowers on d.pierardii, what kind other easy growing dendrobiums would like same conditions as pierardii? Some suggestions?

Woah, nice plant! It's so long! I looked at the first pic and thought " cute" then I saw the next pic and thought "very impressive!"
