Dend. limpidum
Considered by some to be synonymous with Dend. dichaeoides, this plant is the smallest of the Pedilonum section.

From the pictures I've seen of Dend. dichaeoides, it does not have the fringed lip that this plant does, but whether that makes them separate species, I do not know.

Nice!
Ron, they are very different. I have both of them. The flowers look similar but the plants have completely different growing habit.
My mature Den. limpidum has at least 10" long canes. How long is yours?
Edit, I will take a good look at the lip tomorrow.

They longest canes on mine are only about 5 inches.

I checked mine today and you are right. Den. dichaeoides doesn't have fringed lip.

That's good to know, but still doesn't necessarily mean that they are different species.

Ron, the plant growth itself looks completely different and I think there are more than enough differences to award it as a separate specie. Den. limpidum grow into a little clump while the Den. dichaeoides has branching stems freely.

I'd certainly think of them as different species, but the vagaries of taxonomy are beyond me.

Really beautiful Ron, and really interesting about the two similar species.
