No the plant you posted was most definately my plant and my picture.

I was talking about the following link i posted
Dendrobium agathodaemonis - plant | Flickr - Photo Sharing!

I thought that was what ron was asking about, sorry for the confusion.

Thank you for clearing that out, Jeff. I know the other photo belongs to Peter L (AKA, mini-Catt).

Yeah no problem, i can see how my post was confusing now :P

By the way, on topic of D.agathodaemonis, my plant is really starting to flourish now.
I have slowly increased its light and it is almost as high up with the brazilean laelias now.

It is shooting up new roots and growths quite nicely and has developed a nice red tinge.
I am pretty sure the canes will become longer with more light aswell, i can tell the grower i got it from was growing it quite dark since the moss had a deep dark color and is now quite green and lush.

Jeff, you don't want to grow it too bright. The culture is very similar to the one for Den. cuthbertsonii. You are growing it under light, right? Light level around 2000FC is more than enough for it. Brazillian Laelias need a bit more light than that...

Stronger light normally gives you shorter growths, not longer growths.

I see, thanks. I believe it is in a good place right now since it's growing along quite nicely.
