What beaut! Love this guy!

It's a Formosae with Spatulata-like flowers. Nice!

This pic of the flower has both my fingers and an ant for a point of reference. These are no minis, but they don't take up much space at all.

A true cool growing Dendrobium.

Enjoy.

I don't smell any fragrance on them, yet...

I smelled them in the morning, and I smelled them at night - no fragrance I can detect.

I'll try again tomorrow.

Funny...

The IOSPE says they're fragrant.

I know they're not always 100% correct though. Who knows.

I like that, really nice flower shape and the yellow veining on the white is lovely.

I'm with Rosie. I think the yellow veining again the pure white is stunning. Very elegant flower.

I very much like the trumpet form and the coloration. I hope you told the ant to get his own flower. AL

Fishballs, White Rabbit, Rosie C, Lilly B, alsorchids - thank you all for looking.

This is my favorite Formosae. I don't typically go for them, but this one was a must have.

As far as fragrance is concerned...

I don't smell a thing, and I know I'm able to smell some pretty faintly perfumed orchids.

I tried smelling in the morning, in the afternoon, and the evening - nothing.

Maybe I should try smelling a younger flower...

Perhaps I'll try smelling again on the next blooming season.

Maybe she's just too perfect as she is and thought if she also had a scent it would just be showing off.
