I've had this little guy for over a year now. I bought it as a rescue, not in bloom, so it's the first time I've ever seen it flower.

This one is really loaded up with buds too! Can't wait to see the full show when they all open up.

Dude ! beautiful blooms ... the form will still manifest as the plant matures...but I like the color, shape and texture on this den ... the second batch of pictures are too small...I always admire people who can save a plant and make it bloom...because I am like that: I still go to the trash at the back of the Plaza Hotel ...and I always find orchids or plants thrown away while still green and alive...its a plus to find the expensive glass or porcelain pots that go with it...I once found a lalic vase with flowers thrown in that same trash

Does this require a rest? I did not give mine a rest last winter, and over the summer it dropped leaves and now has two immature growths at the end of September.

Any advice you can give on culture is much appreciated.
