This one need intermediate T° (15° to 25° C) and good light (Like Cattleyas). During winter i give him a light rest period. (For example i water him daily in spring and summer and every 2/3 days in winter. (I grow it on cork)).
I think that rest help blooming.
Maybe your problem come from T° (too hot) or light (too low).
Take care of the youngs PBs when you water him (rot).
Generally bloom during spring and summer in north hemisphere.
