Should I repot Dend phal now? It has keiki Male
Default Should I repot Dend phal now? It has keiki

I have a noid Dendrobium phal type that bloomed around Thanksgiving and now is putting out two new canes from the base of the cane that just bloomed. Additionally, it is putting out 3 keike from the tip of two older canes. It needs to be repotted - (old media and cracked pot).

Will repotting the main plant now harm the keiki development?

How much roots do I need on the keiki before separating them?

These are my first keiki

Thanks.
