Dendrobium dichaeoides is a source of confusion most plants that are called dichaeoides (the one you find with Google and maybe even the one on orchidspecies.com are Den. limpidum. My parents have one of these plants in their collection. I've seen a presentation of somebody who visited West Papua and he showed a picture of a true Den. dichaeoides. According to him the true dichaeoides lacks an abscissionlayer. The division zone where leaves and flower detach from the plant. This is where the name is comming from as it's a common trait in the genus Dichaea.
To me your plant is neither but most likely Dendrobium alaticaulinum.
(again some input from my father)
