D. devonianum is a very nice specie. Its better grown mounted, because the thin canes can grow up to 3 feet. Grown it under cool end of intermediate conditions. As for feeding and light, same as other similar species from the same section.
The leaf are very small and thin and its more suspectible to 'spider mites' than other specie so make sure the humidity is high and lots of air movement, specially during growing season. The cane is very thin so if the temperature is high and wet it can rot easily, so good air movement is a must. Keep the plant under cooler condition until the flower is open fully or the bud will drop.
