Dendrobium NOID rescue - advice?

I took photos of my Dendrobium that looks very much like yours. It is a Dendrobium Phalaenopsis type, so called “fancy” type, because of more sophisticated looking flowers then usual Den. Phal. type. Even though Den. Phal. type is not a typical deciduous one, this fancy type practically always looses its leafs. I also remember receiving mine embedded in coconut fiber like yours.

I attached pictures of how pseudobulbs look on my Dendrobium and how such more sophisticated flower can look like.

This is all one plant, but it doesn’t get much bigger. You see, pseudobulbs on Phalaenopsis type of Dendrobium do not last more then about 3 years, because they dry out after that.
Your Dendrobium will get as big as mine, FOR SURE! It just takes some patience and exercise. I am growing this type of Dendrobiums for 6 years already.

I once had a dendrobium thong chai that was potted in a coconut shell. I just set the shell in a clay pot and filled in around the edges with seedling bark mix and it did wonderful! It would have 3 spikes at once with several blooms on it; I think the highest number I counted one time was 15.
