Wow thank you all very much for the speedy response and the great help. I will repot and let you know about the roots. They look great for the moment but a little more investigation on the inside will help more.
Thank you all very much once again.

Jeez Ross, Look at all the beauties you grow now :D
I don't know which dends ya had but they are great and easy plants to grow, well, once you learn what they want that is.
I've had a few that turn out to be cranky, while others given the same growing conditions did and are doing wonderful. I think it's the same with phals, oncids, etc ...

Jonatan, I hope you find lots of healthy roots

I hear ya. But I just have had better luck with Brassias and Oncidiums. Had good luck with decididuous Dendros like superbum, but not with others. Never give up, though!

Checked on my orchid and repoted it. The roots looked great other then beeing extremely tight. (but I know that den. like to be tight) I repoted and I'll keep an eye on it. If we could get some nice weather instead of snow maybe it would help it out.
Thank you all once again very much for the help, I'll keep you up to date on how my plant is doing!

For what it's worth, there have been lots of comments here regarding dismal flowers on Phals, weak growth on other orchids, weird behavior, etc. and everyone attributes it to the weird winter/spring we've had. I've "enjoyed" just about all the weird stuff and have concluded that we must wait out the winter/spring season (unlike the Florida folks) and I really think all of these "sick" plants will respond. Hang in there, people :)
