Default Dendrobium Kieki's

I have 3 Dens that have large Kieki's with roots and I am wondering how to cut them off the main cane. These are the Dens that I promised to Amandalee as they were so big and I am so limited in space. Can I cut these babies off the main cane if so how should I ship them? Ship them bare root dry or wrap them in moist spagum or what????
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Sheridan

if you wanted to, spray em with physan and let them dry before shipping, never ship a wet plant....but the 'cut' from breaking off the main stem never gave me any problems.....
