I was out inspecting the 'chids today...like that's something new ...and found a tiny little new growth starting on this one!
I also picked up a larger one from a friend last week:

I don't see the tiny new growth Sue. It must be too tiny for me

This huge blooming den is part of the group I picked up last week from a different friend...unfortunately, he is not feeling well enough to take care of his beautiful collection and I'm honored to take over the care of the 'chids he so generously gave to me

A real beauty, the colours are so delicate. I'm partial to to those dangly den's, I'm predicting total addiction by the end of the year!

I got three of those dangly dens in this bunch!
Den pierardii, Den moschatum and Den anosum (superbum) which is a MUST-HAVE...it's gorgeous and smells strongly of raspberries!

I'll second the superbum. It's the only Dendro I've had any luck with. Mine was early this year and new growths are 5-6" long already. Saw one in Florida that had about 30-40 last years canes, all in flower! What a show.
