Dendrobium Resting Period?

Hello lovley people,

I was just reading about resting periods.

I do not know the name but the flowers were a light limey green with a deep purple/pinky/red lip.

i have been watering my dendrobium once a week since I had it (about 6-8 months, soon after i got it, it got bud blast and the all flowers fell off). It has fairly recently started to sprout new shoots at the base of the main stem. So i would assume its healthy and enjoying life, but do i need to stop watering to give it a "rest"?

Also 1 or two of the leaves at the top of the main stem are a little bit yellow, could this be sunburn? I've got no idea.
