Dendrobium Violetta

Hello. Just received a new dendrobium with the tag saying it's a Violetta and the name of a Hawaiian nursery....Alohilani. Am I right to assume that this is a phalaenopsis type because of its Hawaiian origin and to care for it as such or is it a nobile type? Thank you

I believe the correct name is Den. Blue Violetta since there is no Den. Violetta listed in the orchid registry. I have a Den. Blue Violetta which is readily available in Hawaii. The plant has Den. phalaenopsis in its background (14%). The flowers are mid-sized. I like the blueish color of the flowers. The plant does not grow tall. I grow my plant under 50% shade. I hope this helps.
