'Tangerine Flare'. It's an original plant.
There is a mericlone called Den Frosty Dawn 'Wings of Gold' which has these same orange flares.

Frosty Dawn flowers have a sweet citrus fragrance from early morning until noon.

David, H&R has it....

That's really beautiful catwalker! I have a Frosty Dawn and I like it but yours is so much more interesting! Lovely colors.
