Default Dendrobium thyrsiflorum
This is a plant I purchased last fall. Had to convince my wife not to cut off the leafless pseudobulbs. I gave it a dry resting period in the winter. I grow it now in bright light, watered and fertilised regularly.

Pictures show the entire plant, smaller inflorescence, larger inflorescene, and a flower close up.
