. In my country this Dendrobium we call "Bao hy" as means "Anounce A happy occasion". That's so cool.

Is this species common in your country? As I know, this species is widespread in SE Asia. Although it is not the native species here, people here quite like this one and it has been commonly grown for a long time.

It is also Dend. secundum, but blooms in late summer.
The flowers are somewhat different from these of spring bloomer.
