Dendrobium Question

I just received a Den. victoira-reginae x Den.Mingle's Sapphire by mail and the stems (2) are very thin, spindle like and look a little shriveled at the base. I put some dampened spagh moss over the base and have been misting. Anything else I should do?

Not really sure. Can you help it with supports somehow until it gets it's barrings? It sounds like you've done the right thing with the moss. Anyway, this will bump you back up to the top for others to answer. Good luck.
