watering Dendrobium Nobile

I have a Dendrobium which has just started blooming. The only thing I am not sure about is when I can start watering it regularly again. I read somewhere that you water regularly after the new growth has started sending out roots. For now, I am watering more frequently than during the winter (obviously lol)... but I am not completely drenching the media, and I wait until the moss becomes completely dry.

Any tips?

ps. I love these dend. Nobile hybrids! I must buy more!.
