Default Dend Nestor

This is a favorite of mine! Dend Nestor is the primary hybrid of parishii and anosmum and takes the best of both parents and combines them into a compact plant (compared with anosmum), keep the raspberry scent and seems to amplify the color intensity. This one is great!

The canes grow right next to eachother and I dont know that Ive seen one that is longer than about a foot long. Compare that with Dend anosmum that can have canes up to 8' long (though Ive never seen one past 5') and 1' seems small! This one is mature in a 2" pot.

Very nice!
We call it the red-dragon dendrobium because the leafless cane of them full of red blooms in spring make the plant look like the dragon in the sky.
