Here are some species:

Dendrobium carronii
Dendrobium canaliculatum

These are affectionately called 'Onion Orchids'. True miniatures, growing no taller than about 3 to 5 inches.

Tropical Orchid Farm (Dendrobium canaliculatum)

If you like other kinds of miniature Dendrobiums, here's one of my favorites...

Dendrobium peguanum

Others are:

Dendrobium unicum
Dendrobium virgineum
Dendrobium lodigessii
Dendrobium cernua
