Got this at the FVOS in Oct last year. Buds first appeared about a month ago. Kept my fingers crossed because I have never bloomed a den. A few more buds are forming as well. I quite like it. I think I like Dens now.

I am having a go at dens now again - have had a couple small ones that so far have refused to bloom - but couldn't resist a couple at recent orchid show.

Great job! I hope mine will bloom to this year! It is so hard to neglect them so long. Yours looks beautiful. Keep up the good work. Do you notice any fragrance from it? Supposedly they have a raspberry fragrance, which is what attracted me to it. Does yours have any fragrance?

Had to go get a whiff. Yes there's definitely a fragrance. Fruity, but can't really pinpoint yet as it in a room with a Den Speciosum and a Miltassis, both of which have very nice fragrances.

Nice job! I always have problems getting dormant Dends. to bloom. I withhold watering mine during the winter months but I don't think they get enough consistantly cool temps. to initiate their bloom cycle.
