Default Watering Den. Nobile during flowering and growth

A few days ago I bought my first Den. Nobile. The tag only said it was a Den. Nobile but it also had the nursery's name on it (wooningorchids.nl). Thanks to the nursery's name I'm for 99,9% sure it's Den. Nobile Spring Dream 'Apollon'

I bought this Den. Nobile to see if I can meet it's environmental needs. Online I found how to care for it but I'm a bit confused about watering during flowering and growing.

Currently it's flowering and after that I'm awaiting new growths if I understood well.

About watering during this period, when is it time to water? Should I let the medium get almost dry between waterings or not?

The potting medium looks great and the plant can't be lifted out of the pot without force, so I didn't remove it from the pot to check on the roots. I put a skewer in the medium to monitor how fast it dries and when to water again.

Does somebody know which parents are used to create this hybrid? Is there a website to where I can find these things myself? I guess knowing it's parents and grandparents would make it easier to understand it's needs :-)

Thanks for you help!

Nicole
