Default I went to get fertilizer and came home with 3 new orchids...again.

This really is a sickness...it's worse than a drug...I have no self control....

....but I love it!!!!

I saw these beauties at my local garden center today...I just simply could not help myself!

1 & 2. Dendrobium Pixie Princess AM/AOS

2 & 3. Dendrobium Tropic House. I just love the blues!

I also got a Tolumnia genting pink lady, but it's buds haven't opened yet. Take a look at Jklee's here: http://www.orchidboard.com/community...nia-bloom.html. It was weird...she just posted her picture yesterday and I loved it...then I saw it today. I knew it was destiny!

Very nice specially, for me,the 1&2. I've gone for rides, and tried not to even make eye contact with these places, but then feel this burning and I have to go in just to look and then...well you know

Swamper - EXACTLY! LOL *sigh* I guess it's better and (slightly) cheaper than a drug habit.

You find named and awarded plants in your garden center? Lucky!! Pixie Princess is absolutely gorgeous!! I love going to the garden center. I go for one thing and come back with an orchid...

Don't know what happened, I posted this a few minutes ago and it never appeared. So did it again.

This happens to me as well . I really like the first picture! It looks like you have a nice orchid set-up from what I can see in the background!

LOL Slightly cheaper. I can't afford more "hobbies" Im actually into fishing a lot but when it's cold (for floridians) I stay home and use my extra cash for orchids, so its one or the other. Can't afford both . Thank God I don't have a drug habit.

Camille - I am lucky enough to have a garden center nearby that always carries orchids. Over half of them are not named, though. Depends on the vendor they get them from ( a lot are from Hawaii). RARELY do they have anything other than phals, and yellow oncidiums...today was a lucky day!

Thanks, Becca - I was more than 20 feet away from pixie princess and knew she was mine!!!

Cam, thanks - it's a 12'X20' greenhouse...It's been a lot more work than I ever imagined, but I won't complain. Someday I will have to post some photos of it.
