Default Please help me!

I bought a Dendrobium 'Baby Pink' and noticed a few days after having it that some of the leaves were in really bad shape! I need help identifying and eradicating the problem. I have attached pictures, because I am horrible at describing stuff and a picture will help a lot more!

Sometimes dendrobiums "pout" when their environment changes. Unless there's new growth in it, I would holf off on any water for a few days and keep an eye on it.

I am so afraid it's fungal or bacterial! You think it's just pouting? That would be a big relief for me. I'm not really sure what it is WhiteRabbit. Do you need pictures? Boy, do I have pictures!!

Amanda, it may be nothing more than time for the leaves on the oldest canes to drop. They typically turn yellow and fall. I'm just a wee bit concerned about that black spotting on them. Are these leaves from the bottom of the bunch...the lowest on the canes?

I stopped for the same reasons, Becca. I do great with the minis...I just can't grow the bigger ones!

Amanda, just remove the leaves that are looking bad or yellowed and give the rest of the plant a misting of Listerine. Should be fine.

One of my 5 foot Dens had me baffled a while back and that's what I did to it...and now it's at lest 5 ft tall and has 8 spikes in bloom!

Then:
Baffled!

I have cut all the bad leaves off. They are from the older smallish canes. I have just never seen them turn like that. The whole leaf usually turns at the same time, not with the spots. That's what worried me. It could be pouting, it was awfully cold the night I brought her home.
