Hi everyone including cirillonb this may help. Go to Parkside Orchid's website. They are in Pennsylvania. Go to their picture gallery and there you will find Den sanderiana x Silver Bells. I believe this is the orchid.

Close but no cigar i am sorry to say they are not the same plant .Just look at the lip for starters
The plant in question is also uni-foliate
