Love this Dend, Calvin. Great color combo and the form is outstanding. OK, I'm with the majority here....this goes on my ever growing wish list too.

And speaking of Cadbury cream eggs, they're just not for Easter anymore. I just sent off a huge Halloween package to my nephew and one of the goodies were the Cadbury eggs, wrapped in orange and black!

Anybody know of a supplier for this one? I've checked at least ten orchid vendors' sites -- no luck!

It is a lovely species. I have never tried to grow it because it is a cool grower. If the species does well in your condition, maybe you could try another similar beauty, Den.bullatulum.

Thanks again for the comments everyone - always happy to enable.

Stephen - not sure if petite plaisance is still selling it, but they have it listed on their website. I actually got it as part of an import order from overseas.

Pheli - I've been looking for a dend. bellatulum .. it's definitely on the wishlist
