NOID Dendrobium - How do I know if it needs winter rest

I have no idea if my NOID Dendrobium needs a winter rest.

It's still in full flower, since this pic was taken when I first bought it in the summer, all the flowers have opened and they are still open now. In fact it's changed very little since all the flowers opened a few days after I bought it.

So if it's still flowering should I give it a rest?
From what I've already been told I think it is unlikely to be a deciduous one, but what would people advice I do as I don't know exactly what it is and as it's still in full flower.

Rosie it looks like a Phal type Den. No winter rest for these. Give it a slight reduction in water and fert just because the days are cooler and it won't be growing as fast. They like to be grown warm and bright.

I'll treat it like my Phals then. They tend to naturally get a reduction in watering by a small amount because I only water when they look dry, and that takes longer as it gets cooler. This is in on opaque pot unlike them but I've already been working on the principle that if they don't need more water I won't water this either.

I'm not sure if I'm looking after this Dendrobium very well but equally I've not killed it yet.

Ah... the picture was taken the same day I bought it though, so not my work

Having said that it looks just the same now, except with all the flowers open, so I don't think I'm doing anything badly wrong either.

I will feel like I'm looking after it well once it grows some more or flowers a second time, but that's a long way off. For now I'm just failing to kill it
