hhmmm... it really seems to be a synonym of Dendrobium mysteriosum var. absentum...

Cannot find more info than that here: ★ Orchideenshop Luzerner Garten ★ (which is actually NOTHING!), another german website saying it is difficult to bloom... and some pics PNG Orchid News Image Gallery - Dactylorhynchus - Dryadorchis/Dendrobium brassii

It is listed in the Bakers 'Orchid Culture Sheets'

Sheet List- Dendrobium
(but you need to subscribe to get the sheet)

Flasks are also listed on Equatorial Plant Company Flasks

They have always been quite helpful with inquiries, so it may be worth while emailing them for more info.

Hope that helps!!

Ramón, as shakkai wrote I would contact Equatorial plant, they have a lot of experience with the oxyglossum's.

For a source in europe for the D. brassii:
Online-Shop

Hi Shakkai and Magnus, thanks a lot for the tipps. I will send an e-mail to Equatorial plants and ask them for advice. I have bought this plant (together with dendrbium pachyphyllum) at an Orchids show in Switzerland. Both plants come from a very good nursery here in Luzern (★ Orchideenshop Luzerner Garten ★) and tehy gave some advice on how they grow these two species. However, I would like to have the feedback from some other people, in order to have a better range of conditions to play with, when trying to adapt them to my conditions.

I'll keep you informed what comes out of this
