Hey there Dorothy!

No good luck here! She just wrote me back, and It's a NO GO! For me anyways!

$50 +13 ship/handing. YIKES!!!!! And just moved into a 3" pot too. I'm a tight butt I guess!! I can't spend $63 for a small plant like that.

Not right now anyways!! I've spent too much the last couple weekends at my 3 local growers!

It is the most beautiful Den that I have seen. I love the thinner spike so that the flowers arch over like that of a phal. It sure would be nice to add to a collection, but only for the serious grower. It's too pricey for me also.

As a follow-up to this thread, I would like to report that the Den. Enobi Purple that I posted in August is still in bloom. The link below shows the plant as it looks today. The flowers are still fresh although the color on the oldest flowers is a little faded. The two inflorescences are now cascading downward due to the weight of the flowers. The longest inflorescence has 19 flowers. Click on "All Sizes" on the menu above the photo to get a larger sized photo.

Wow that is such a beauty! I think I will add this one onto "the list". I am sure the price will come down eventually, especially by the time I have room to add more non miniture orchids to my collection, which will be a few years....lol.
