I cant really tell due to the blurriness but my best guess would be a bloom spike as well, depending on the plant sometimes they rebloom off old canes ans sometimes they send several growths that then bloom while attached to the parent. Nice work, looks very happy.

Thanks everyone. I can say with relative certainty that the 'growth' is a bloom spike. What a difference a week makes!
