Dendrobium unicum in full bloom !!!

If anyone does not have this one yet. . .you're really missing out!

I had this one for the longest time and it did nothing. . .ugly little duckling. I lost interest in it and figured it was just going to be a loser. And then all of the sudden it went wild and bloomed and my heart did flip flops. . .it's one of my faves.

These do require a winter's rest. . .so you'll have to expect to do that here pretty soon but it's sooooo worth the dry, winter's wait. . .once you get the blooms!

Mine smelled like Tang. . .really yummy.

Does anybody have the red variation? i have the red form and it really doesnt want to do much except sit there and look sad. Nice job with this plant, I love the lip.
