Default Nobile hybrid

I need some suugestions on how to flower my nobile hybride. I have this plant for two years and I bought it in a local shop after flowering. Last winter it didn't flower (the temperature was about 12 degree of Celsius). Now I keep it at my balcony (10 degrees - day, 3-5 degrees - night). The result is zero. It doesn't want to flower. At the end of this week I have to bring it inside, because the temperature will be below zero (Celsius). Inside the flat the least I can offer at the moment is 15 degrees. Does it mean I won't see the flowers this year?

Dend nobile and it's hybrids are are special in that they need certain conditions to bloom. During the growing season give them a lot of water and fertilizer but don't over do the fertilizer. When the bulbs are nice and fat in the fall, start to decrease your watering. They need two conditions to flower: 1) cold temperatures (50F or so) at night for a month or two 2) decreased water while the temperatures are low. Continue to give them as much light as possible and be patient.

It had all that. And it has been having cold treatment for 1,5 months. But I don't see the buds. May be I should wait more..... May be my plant is too slow thinking....

You need to have some patience! They normally bloom in Winter to early Spring. Typically January, February, March......
