Is there a reference list for Dendrobiums that do/don't go into dormancy/winter rest? Male

I'm theoretically in zone 9. I put some orchids outside to get chilly in winter, but bring them inside when frost threatens. I keep watering, but with cooler temperatures and no active growth, the plants need less. I don't let any plants stay completely dry for long, maybe a day or two at most.
