Dendrobium leaf issue

My Dendrobium Blue twinkle has a silvery tinge on one leaf. Any ideas would help

Spider mites unless proven otherwise. Dens. with thin leaves are highly susceptible and you must always be vigilant. Spray the entire plant, medium surface and pot with 70% alcohol.Wet your entire plant every 1-2 weeks and raise your relative humidity to 60% to prevent them. You can't eliminate them because they are outside in your garden.
