Dendorbium seedling growth

Ok, probably about a year ago, I got a small Dendrobium friedericksianum x nobile. A growth cycle has completed and a new one is beginning on it.
It seems very happy, as long as I remember to keep it moist...a bit less happy if I let it dry a couple of days (in moss).
What I was actually wondering about, as I have little to no nobile dendrobium experience, is that it seems to have well exploded? I have at least 4 or 5 active new growths on it now. I'm pretty sure it was a single growing point when I got it. I know this is a good thing, lots of growth is usually equal to good conditions. But it looks almost like a tiny bush now. Due to it's happiness with fairly high moisture, when would you suggest a move to bark media?
Whole plant is perhaps four inches high, still quite small, though I am expecting six inches out of the new growths

These need a lot of water when making growth, and should not dry out during this time. Potting medium depends on how often you can water your plant. Bark might need watering every 2-3 days during the growing period. Moss permits a longer watering interval.

If it's well along in making new roots it's too late to repot this year. If the new roots are just beginning you could repot now. If it hasn't begun making new roots yet I would wait.

Sir, it needs water daily in moss Seriously. That's why bark sounds unfeasible at the moment.
Unless I overpotted...and that probably wouldn't be wise either. It's a tiny like 1 1/2 inch net pot.

Yes, I was trying to say, gently, that I think bark is a poor idea for this kind of Dendrobium unless the grower can water very frequently. I also think net or clay pots are less than ideal unless humidity is extremely high.

In you situation I would put the entire net pot into a larger solid plastic pot, and stuff sphagnum moss around it.

I appreciate the feedback!
I make it up as I go anyway...having a fairly good feel for what a plant wants. Though having someone affirm that does make me feel better (or if they tell me I'm completely wrong, that's helpful too)
