Great display of flowers. Would you mind sharing a pic or two of the blooms close-up, please?

I know this is an old post but still a nice specimen. How is it doing currently? I've been looking for one to buy, but all I find say 'out of stock'

First, welcome.

Probably the best time to buy Den speciosum is in the early spring (bloom season and also time of new growth). However, a couple of sources that I can think of that might have them would be Andy's Orchids, and Santa Barbara Orchid Estate. In Andy's case, if you don't see it on the website, call... the website shows only a small fraction of what is available. And for Santa Barbara Orchid Estate, they really never got set up for e-commerce so you'll need to call anyway. In both cases, I suspect that what they have are fairly mature divisions. You'll pay, but you'll also get flowers in some reasonable amount of time - an inexpensive seedling could be 10 years from blooming.(They grow slowwwly, time is money,,,).
