Thanks, it's doing fine. Not much action this year.
I don't think mine is very pretty but I have a tiny keiki (unpotted, tiny growth), if you want one (Just PM me, pay for shipping).
As Roberta mentioned above, it will take some time to get to blooming size (probably 5+ years for my keiki) and paying a bit for a nice division may be worth it.
I would love the keiki, I have waited almost 10 years for one of my orchids to bloom and it was worth the wait! It hasn't bloomed again so maybe another 10 years! lol

This year was, I think, pretty "meh" for most of southern California for Den speciosum, and for that matter many of the rest of the temperate-zone Aussie Dens. . Weird weather patterns for a couple of years probably the culprit.
Thank you for the information, Roberta. I visited Santa Barbara one time and brought my orchid back to Houston with me on my lap! lol. It is strange after all this time their e-commerce isn't in place. I believe Andy's site was showing out of stock but I'll recheck.
In the case of Andy, call if the site shows out of stock... He knows what he actually has (and amazingly, where among his 3/4 million or so plants it is...) for all sorts of things. SBOE never was particularly tech savvy. (They seem to be able to sell plants anyway...people know them) Again, phone may be low-tech, but it reaches people...
