looks like one of the many Den. phalaenopsis hybrids IMHO.

Huh. They are very similiar in structure and pattern. Could I conclude that it is Den. Candy Stripe?

I can not give you a 100% guarantee, there are a few of this type of Den. hybrid out there(See Below). Den. Candy Stripe was a very common orchid (In Australia) during the mid 90's. Lets just say you would not get to many people disagree with if you did call it that, if not just call it Den NOID
