Curious as to what low temps others that grow Latouria Dens outside let theirs see?

I have not brought mine in yet and the temp was at 39F this morning, with highs in the mid 60s to day. I will probably start bringing them in after work.

Can they go lower?Did they get too low?

There are Section Latouria Dens from many different elevation ranges. You can't generalize. Look up the temperatures of species on IOSPE.

I don't think many popular latourias (spectabile, normanbyense, atroviolaceum) like cool temps.

for example here is the write up on den Johnsoniae in the latouria section of dendrobiums species.
"Found in the lowlands of Papua and New Guinea at elevations of 500 to 1500 meters on casuarina trees along streams and gullies as a small to medium sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte"
even if they come from tropical areas, they can grow up in the mountains at several thousand feet elevation where it is obviously much cooler than sea level tropical area. I have a few latouria dens and they smile at temps down to 45. Have no tried colder as I have 45 degree hard bottom for all my plants.
