Dend. tortile Male
Default Dend. tortile

Dendrobium tortile is noted for its twisted flowers.
It is from slight high elevation but still an easy grower for subtropical lowlands.
The lip of its flower somewhat resembles that of Den. primulinum.
Several twisted dendrobiums similar to this one have found in the past decade, but most of them are considered varieties or natural hybrids of this species.

I like that one a lot, but then some say I might be a little twisted.
