Den. aggregatum
A commonly grown dendrobium species. We call it gold-coin dendrobium here in Taiwan.

Hi Pheli
I recently bought this one and it had two spikes that are now open and gorgeous. Your pictures look like they just opened???? Mine got darker yellow in the middle as time goes on. Wasn't sure what to expect with this one but was very pleasantly surprised. Thanks for sharing your

Thanks for the kind words.
Hi kiki,
I took these photos while it just opened.
Gwen,
The new growth of this species usually appears after it finishes flowering here. If the spikes don’t produce, you have to wait for another year.

Greetings - this is the nicest blooming so far for this fairly large, mature plant. Perhaps I am getting the knack for its winter care. The species Dens. all seem to want something a little different.
Wish some lunatic hybridizer would create an aggregatum with flowers that last a month!
Regards - Nancy
p.s. regarding color - the first 7 or so inflorescences opened at about the same time, dark-ish yellow flowers. One final spike had buds open just about the time the first bunch hit the floor - very pale yellow! Possibly because I brought the plant indoors to enjoy the flowers. Or maybe...something more sinister...

I'd love it if you could add some culture tips for growing this den. I'm in the market for one of these
beautiful photos!
