Dendrobium seedling issue
I have bunch of Dendrobium Joyce Kelly seedlings that seem to be doing generally well, but one plant has a lengthwise split in one of the growths. Any thoughts? The exposed tissue appears healthy.

That happens when an orchid has been too dry for too long, then gets a lot of water.
The tan pseudobulb next to it looks sunburned.
