Help I.d. Please.

I’m growing an orchid from the keiki of a mystery orchid a friend received for Christmas. She thought it was a phalaenopsis. I’m pretty sure it’s some kind of dendrobium, and I’m hoping it’s a dendrobium phalaenopsis and that that’s a terminal flower spike on it. Can anyone help me identify it? Thanks.
