Oh, that is seriously disappointing that people have been taking them

they must look beautiful in their natural habitat, though! If you're able to find one for sale, I'd definitely recommend them for their scent alone -- you could even try naturalizing them in your garden if you have one! (Perhaps one day I'll be confident enough to divide this one...)

And thank you, everybody! It's definitely reinvigorated my interest in trying more native species, that's for sure -- they can be very understated until they give us a show like this!
