Default Dendrobium tobanese growing a keiki?

I think my Dendrobium tobanese is growing a keiki—however, the new growth it just spent a month on is wilting and turning yellow! Not sure what’s going on. It bloomed twice and this last bloom is the one with what appears to be a root emerging.

Check for spider mites. Run a tissue on the underside of the leaves from the stem to the tip. If you see brown or red streaks you have spider mites.

And you aren't letting it go dry, are you? These need to stay evenly moist.

I’m not and there are no mites. I keep a humidifier on and it seems to like that.
