Repotting Dendrobium Seedlings

I have a community pot of a dendrobium johnsoniae x spectabile cross that is ready to move into individual pots. Any suggestions on choice of potting media?

Welcome to the Orchid Board!

Any medium appropriate for your conditions will work. They must not dry out. Unless you have time to look at them and perhaps water every day, I would suggest fine bark or sphagnum moss.
